Day/Time: Monday's and Wednesday's 5:00am-8:00am
Group 1 -5:00-6:30am
Group 2 -6:30am-8:00am
Our workouts will generally go by the following structure;
Sprint/Short = 25s/50s/100s, Med/Long= 150s/200s/400s
1st M= Sprint Free , 1st W= Free Mid
2nd M= Short Back/Breast, 2nd W= OWS
3rd M=Short Fly/IM, 3rd W= Free Long
4th M= Short Stroke, 4th W = Grab Bag
